Türkçe sürüm: İade Politikası

1. Who Sells to You

Stokmeta is operated by Serkan Özmen (sole proprietor), İzmir, Türkiye. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and decides on refund requests under its Refund Policy. If this page and Paddle's policy differ, Paddle's policy applies, and the rule that gives you more protection always prevails.

2. Try Before You Buy

Every new account gets a free trial of 3 days or 10 images (whichever comes first). No card is needed and the trial never turns into a paid plan automatically.

3. General Rule

Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. This includes unused days after cancellation, unused image allowance and renewals you forgot to cancel. Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour.

4. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Where your local consumer law grants a withdrawal or cancellation right, it applies and overrides this policy:

Where you liveRightRequest within
Türkiye14-day right of withdrawal14 days of the transaction
EU / EEA / Switzerland / UK14-day right of withdrawal for the first subscription payment; for UK annual plans, also at each annual renewal. It may not apply if you expressly agreed to immediate access and waived the right at checkout.14 days of the transaction

5. Discretionary Refunds

Paddle may, at its sole discretion, refund a request submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Each case is reviewed individually, taking into account factors such as usage; Paddle may approve in full, in part, or decline.

6. Technical Problems

If a persistent technical issue or material defect prevents you from using the features you paid for, please contact us first at destek@stokmeta.com so we can fix it. If we can't, contact Paddle with the details; where there is a material defect, Paddle refunds in line with consumer protection law.

7. How to Request a Refund or Withdraw

  • Visit paddle.net and choose "Request refund", or use the support link in your receipt e-mail.
  • EU consumers can also use the withdrawal button in the Paddle customer portal (the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt) during the 14-day period.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
  • When a refund is issued, access to the paid plan ends.

8. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from the End membership page in your account or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before disputing a charge with your bank. While a chargeback is being reviewed, access may be temporarily suspended. Your rights under card-scheme and consumer protection rules are not affected.
